Terms & Conditions

By Any Means Basketball LLC, doing business as DETAIL Miami. Last updated September 25, 2026.

1. Interpretation and definitions

"We", "us" and "the Academy" mean By Any Means Basketball LLC, doing business as DETAIL Miami, 16410 NW 54th Ave, Miami Lakes, FL 33014. "You" means the person using this website, or the parent or legal guardian enrolling an athlete. "Services" means our training programs, trials, camps, court rentals and this website.

2. Acknowledgement

By using detail-mia.com or booking a Service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. Most athletes we train are minors, so a parent or legal guardian is the person we contract with.

3. Communication terms

3.1 SMS program

Program name: DETAIL Miami Alerts. By Any Means Basketball LLC, doing business as DETAIL Miami, sends text messages only to people who opt in on our website forms. There are two separate, optional, unticked consent boxes:

How we handle your number is in the Privacy Policy. We never share SMS opt-in data with third parties for marketing.

3.2 Email

We email you about inquiries, bookings and memberships. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link.

4. Membership terms

Memberships run on a separate Membership Agreement covering price, billing cycle, renewal, pausing, cancelling, missed sessions and switching plans. You read and sign it in full during enrollment, before any charge, and it is the document that governs. Email us for a copy at any time.

5. Free trial terms

A free trial is one complimentary session for a new athlete, subject to availability and the trial consent signed at booking. It does not commit you to a membership.

6. Code of conduct

Athletes, parents and guests are expected to respect coaches, other athletes and the facility. We may remove anyone from a session for unsafe or abusive behaviour.

7. Media release

Sessions may be photographed or filmed for coaching and promotion as described in the waiver or agreement you sign. Email us to opt an athlete out of promotional use.

8. Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy forms part of these terms.

9. Waiver of liability

Basketball training carries a risk of injury. Participation is governed by the waiver or agreement signed for each trial, camp, rental or membership.

10. Promotions

Promotions and offers are subject to their stated terms and may end at any time.

11. Your feedback to us

If you send us suggestions, we may use them without obligation to you.

12. Links to other websites

Our site links to other sites (for example Instagram, YouTube and Stripe). We are not responsible for their content or policies.

13. Termination

We may suspend access to our Services for breach of these terms. Membership termination follows the Membership Agreement.

14. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim relating to this website is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service concerned.

15. "As is" and "as available" disclaimer

This website is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

17. Disputes resolution

If you have a concern, contact us first and we will try to resolve it informally.

18. Severability and waiver

If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a term is not a waiver of it.

19. Translation and interpretation

If these terms are translated, the English version governs.

20. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version on this page is the current one.
