Elevate your game and athleticism to new heights over the course of the Spring!
What you get:
4 group skills sessions per week: all sessions are engineered to build players' individual and team skills, confidence, and transfer directly to the game! Workouts are engaging, competitive, and all held in a high-intensity but fun environment. Plus, each Sunday, we will send out the skills we'll be sharpening in the coming week's sessions, so each athlete knows exactly what they'll be working on.
4 group strength & conditioning sessions per week: our training staff has planned out a cohesive three-month plan that will not only boost every athlete's explosiveness, vertical jump, and speed, but also the often-forgotten aspects such as fluidity, strength with contact, and resistance to injury.
Film review: before certain sessions, our coaches will lead all athletes through film breakdowns designed to build general basketball IQ and an understanding of what they'll be working on in the session.
Challenges: get a chance to compete against other athletes and win prizes for improving the most (see below).
Sessions run Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 6pm to 8pm and Saturday from 12pm to 2pm. Members are welcome to as many workouts throughout the month as they can make it to!
